Allison R. Bracy is a trial attorney in the firm’s Inland Empire office. Mrs. Bracy’s practice primarily focuses on general business litigation, general casualty litigation, and professional liability involving architects, engineers and legal professionals. She also served as lead counsel in malpractice claims involving doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers. Mrs. Bracy has successfully litigated and tried cases in numerous medical specialties including oncology, surgery, emergency medicine, neurological injuries, radiology and others. She has obtained successful results through the aggressive use of leading medical experts, by challenging issues with Demurrers and Motions for Summary Judgment and by negotiating settlements when appropriate.
Mrs. Bracy also handles a variety of tort claims for a diverse mix of clients from private individuals and small businesses to large corporations and public entities. These matters involve premises liability, personal injury, toxic tort claims and product defect claims, among others. Recently, she has handled numerous cases in the developing area of law involving e-cigarette litigation, which typically include allegations of defective design, failure to warn, negligence and breach of warranty.
Mrs. Bracy received her undergraduate degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona and her Juris Doctor from the Howard University School of Law in Washington, DC. She is currently a member of several professional associations, including the San Bernardino County Bar Association, the National Bar Association and the R.T. Fields Bar Association.
Mrs. Bracy sits on the Boards of several non-profit organizations that serve children and youth in the Inland Empire and actively volunteers in the community. She frequently presents seminars on various legal issues that affect young people. She has also organized and participated in a number of free legal clinics.
