SUMMARY
Andrew Medina is a trial attorney at the firm’s Pasadena office. Mr. Medina practices in the areas of construction law, general business litigation, insurance coverage and litigation, professional liability, and public entity liability. He has significant experience in litigating matters involving constitutional rights violations, civil rights, employment, and dangerous conditions.
Prior to starting law school, Mr. Medina developed his legal skills in the food and beverage, film, and nonprofit industries. This experience provided him with a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and legal challenges businesses face.
Mr. Medina received his undergraduate degree in the History of Science and a language citation in Russian from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. Additionally, he was the first senior research editor of the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Review.
