Morgan L. Simpson is a trial attorney at the firm’s Walnut Creek office. Ms. Simpson practices in the areas of professional liability, construction litigation and general civil litigation. Ms. Simpson’s focus is on the representation of architects, engineers, and other professionals.
Ms. Simpson’s previous experience in civil litigation involved the handling and defense of various matters including personal injury, products liability, premise liability and construction defect. Additionally, prior to joining the firm, Ms. Simpson worked pro bono on Guardianship cases and was a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate issued by The State Bar of California for her work.
Ms. Simpson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration on International Affairs from Seattle Pacific University and her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
