Truman Phan-Quang is a trial attorney in the firm’s Walnut Creek office. He handles matters of general and professional liability, including the defense of architects, engineers, and contractors in litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Phan-Quang was an in-house Staff Attorney with various carriers, handling the defense of personal injury and property damage cases, and has tried numerous cases, with multiple defense verdicts, as well as handling first-party binding arbitrations.
Mr. Phan-Quang graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University Hayward.
